We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your jewelry, we offer a 100% refund for returns within 15 days of delivery. Please note that we do not accept returns on engraved or personalized products.
For international deliveries, the refund amount may be subject to shipping, taxes, duties, or other applicable charges.

Return Conditions
  • The item must be unworn and in its original condition with all tags attached. 
  • All original certificates, documentation, and packaging must be included.
  • Custom-designed pieces are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged or don't meet the agreed-upon specifications.
  • Sale items are final sale unless they are defective.

  • We recommend insuring your return shipment for its full value.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
  • Upon receiving your return in valid condition, we will issue the refund within 10 business days.
