Shipment Time
Most of our products are custom-made to order, so they typically take 15-20 business days to ship unless the ordered product is already in stock. We don't mass produce - each order, regardless of size or value, is carefully produced with the greatest attention to design and quality.
Free Shipping
Shipping is FREE for most delivery locations. However, some destinations may be difficult to reach or service, and a nominal shipping charge may apply in those cases. You can use our online pincode check utility or contact us by email or WhatsApp to verify if your location is eligible for free shipping.
All orders will be shipped to you fully insured. We recommend that you inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing for the delivery. Depending on the carrier, a photo identification and signature may be required upon delivery.
